Hotel Colonial Cancun

This place suits me perfectly, offering air conditioning, a 24-hour reception, and a nice outdoor swimming pool. I remember the staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. Don't miss the express check-in.

Nice and absolutely charming hotel, the idea of having double room was great. The location was great there, close to the bus station. And it was also just off local square.

There was a wide range of food for breakfast, it was fine. The location was great and unbeatable in a crowded area, just off the ADO bus stop, ATMS, convenience stores, restaurants and markets, Tulum Avenue which is the main route to visit Playa del Carmen and other places on Quintana Roo state, Mexico and all the top beaches.

I thoroughly enjoyed being there, the place is excellent and absolutely charming.

breakfast quality. didn't need to bother serving tang for breakfast. we ate across the street. towels needed immediate replacing... and some rooms didn't have screens on the windows

The location was particularly good and perfect for getting around, as a bus stop was a short walk to the hotel. Dined at El Jarro, it was just a short walk away from the venue. The property rooms were decent sized and functional with the bathroom and a TV and three double beds.

The location is great, just a short walk to the main bus station and near many restaurants. The room was clean & simple. It's perfect for a quick stopover, especially if you're on a budget. The service was good too!

great access to vibrant parks and local cafes

during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Palapas, Cancun, where I enjoyed relaxing in the park, and only about a 10-minute stroll to the amazing Cristo Rey Church, made my weekend strolls so nice and enriching.

The room we got was clean and comfy, like it should be, you know? Staff was friendly enough, but the best part was the water pressure in the shower-it actually woke me up in the morning!
